When can I call? What days do you cater?

You can call any time, Monday through Sunday. We can cater your event on any day, any time.

Do you guarantee on-time delivery?

We strive to always be on time with your delivery to ensure your guests can enjoy the buffet at your desired time.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver within 25 minutes of our headquarters (located in Pottstown, Chester County). If you require a further delivery, there will be additional costs.

Do I need to supply paper products?

No, we can supply all paper plates, napkins and necessary plastic ware.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will be contacted with a confirmation and a final invoice.

Can you accommodate special food requests?

Yes, we can individually prepare a special meal for any allergies.

When is the latest I can call and order food for the next day?

We require 48 hours for all catering orders.

Do you come back to clean up?

We are more than happy to come back and clean up the buffet area for an additional fee of $50.00.

When will you come back to clean up?

We can come back as soon as your guests are finished or at your desired time.

How do I change my order once it has been placed?

We are unable to accommodate any revisions less than 24 hours prior to your event.

Can your provide references?

Yes, we have many satisfied customers and would be more than happy to provide references upon your request.

Are there any additional fees to your menu prices?

All prices are listed on our catering menu. We do not have any hidden fees.

Should I tip the delivery person?

Gratuity is at your discretion.
